Senior Associate, Commercial Dispute Resolution

Lisa is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution department.  Lisa’s practice encompasses international arbitration, domestic and multi-jurisdictional litigation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Lisa has represented a broad range of clients including governments, large corporates, high net-worth individuals, and financial institutions from across the globe in a wide variety of contractual and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on the oil and gas sector.

Lisa has experience of conducting arbitration under the LCIA and ICC Rules, as well as investor-state treaty arbitration under the ICSID Convention and litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal in London.  Lisa completed a four-month secondment at the London Court of International Arbitration in early 2015.

Lisa joined BLP in June 2015 from a US firm, where her team won four awards in 2014 for successfully defending Texas Keystone against numerous contractual, tortious and fraud claims concerning Iraqi oil concession rights.
