Eurasian Development Bank

Acting for EDB (a regional development bank consisting of six member states Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan) on its USD $1.5 billion co-investment together with VEB (Vneshekonombank) and Raiffeisenbank in global mineral fertiliser producer Acron. The purpose of the funding is to develop the Talitsky area of the Verkhnekamsk potassium and magnesium salts deposits in the Perm region of Russia.



Acting for Sberbank on its investment project and acquisition of a 25%+1 share in Detsky Mir Centre, the largest children's goods retail store network in Russia.


Zoltav Resources

Acting for listed oil and gas explorer and producer Zoltav Resources on its cross-border acquisition of Royal Atlantic Energy, which gives ownership of the Bortovoy licence in the Saratov region of south-west Russia (a 3,215 sq km area containing several productive gas fields, a processing plant and significant exploration potential). Also acting on the admission of its enlarged issued share capital to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and associated fund raising.


Transamerica Corporation

Acting for Transamerica on the restructuring and disposal of its European trailer leasing business to Goldman Sachs Private Equity and Cerberus. This cross-border transaction involved the simultaneous sale and transfer of shares and assets in ten different countries and under multiple local law jurisdictions.


Investors and Funders

Acting for different investors and funds including Albion Ventures, Close Ventures, Grenadier, Loudwater Investments, Octopus VCTs, Patron, Puma Funds, Rapid Realisations and St Peter Port Capital on various private equity, venture capital and development capital investments in a range of different asset classes and business sectors.
